I became a personal trainer after the passing of my father. The circumstances surrounding his death left me feeling incredibly alone, and I sought a healthy way to cope with my emotions. I found myself at the gym, working out everyday crying on the treadmill. It was during those moments that I realized I wanted to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
Exercise has been a vital part of my mental health journey, and my personal experience allows me to connect deeply with others facing similar struggles. However, my services aren’t limited to beginners or those dealing with grief; my program focuses on holistic changes that promote wellness from the inside out.
